• I can not open full rss feed in my browser,it always show me an error page with 'The XML page cannot be displayed...'.

Please check your browser,if you are using 'Internet Explorer 6' or lower,you will get this error.If want to open our full rss feed in browse directly,we recommend upgrading to 'Internet Explorer 7', 'Firefox 3', or 'Chrome'. 

• Why my full text rss only have titles,no contents.

Usually because your 'Content Setting' is not correct,try edit this setting and reload full rss.You can follow our user guide to work out.If you are not familiar with it,and need our help with full rss setting,you can order our 'code help service',we will help you setup your full rss feed.

• Why I get a blank page when open full text rss url in my browser.

Usually because the items in your original rss are too much.Our system need read all links in your original rss,if there are too much pages need to analyze,you may got error.To fix this,you just need open full rss in browser again.This problem only appear in directly open in browser,If you use rss reader such as 'Google Reader',or use full rss feed to get content in your sites via script,etc.,you don't need worry about this problem,usually those program will automatically reload it.

• Why my full text rss not working? It works fine before.

Usually because your original site change their pages or templates.You just need to change your full rss feed setting to fit the new templates,it only need several minutes to do it.

• I am a paid member,can I share my full rss feed with others?

We suggest not share your full rss feed with others.Each full rss have daily click limit,If share it with others and reach daily click limit,you will not get this full rss in the remainder time of that day.
